Full Body Burn

Duration: 30 mins

Goal: Fat burn & mobility

Warm-Up: Hip circles, Glute bridges, Walking lunges

Workout (3 rounds): 15 Goblet squats, 12 Reverse lunges (each leg), 20 Calf raises, 15 Glute bridges, 1-min wall sit

Finisher: 30 sec squat pulses + 30 sec jump squats x 2

Core & Stability Flow

Duration: 25 mins

Goal: Strengthen abs, improve balance

Warm-Up: Standing side bends, Torso twists

Workout (Repeat 2–3x): 30-sec forearm plank, 15 Dead bugs, 20 Russian twists, 12 Bird-dogs (each side), 15 Glute bridge march

Finisher: Cat-cow + child’s pose

HIIT Blast

Duration: 20 mins

Goal: Cardio, fat burning

Warm-Up: Light jog or march in place, Arm/leg swings

HIIT Circuit (4 rounds): 30 sec squat jumps, 30 sec mountain climbers, 30 sec rest, 30 sec high knees, 30 sec push-ups, 30 sec rest

Finisher: 3 min stretch

Lower Body Sculpt

Duration: 35 mins

Goal: Glutes, thighs, calves

Warm-Up: Hip circles, Glute bridges, Walking lunges

Workout (3 rounds): 15 Goblet squats, 12 Reverse lunges (each leg), 20 Calf raises, 15 Glute bridges, 1-min wall sit

Finisher: 30 sec squat pulses + 30 sec jump squats x 2

Strength & Stretch

Duration: 40 mins

Goal: Low impact strength + recovery

Warm-Up: Deep breathing, Neck rolls, Gentle shoulder shrugs

Workout (3 rounds): 12 Bodyweight squats, 10 Wall push-ups, 10 Dumbbell deadlifts (light weight), 10 Seated rows with resistance band, 30-sec standing calf stretch

Finisher: Full body stretch + guided breathing
