How Can the TBT Method Help You?

Ever feel like you need to do something different, but when it comes down to getting started you just feel lost? You know what needs to be done but somewhere between knowing and doing it just doesn't happen.

You may have joined a gym and improved your diet, but motivation quickly decreases when you don't see progress. You then crack on as normal, spinning the multiple plates life throws your way until something triggers you again so you decide enough is enough and start the cycle...again...generally on a Monday... We get started with the basics with our winning formula that all our clients use to get the quickest results in the shortest period of time whist keeping things simple.

You may find the training tough to begin with, but you will never do the same sessions twice.

After a few sessions you will feel yourself getting stronger and really enjoy yourself. You have such a laugh with the coaches and the other clients that you really begin to look forward to your sessions. It's like a bit of time "Just for you", not to think about anything else or do things for anyone else. Just 3 hours a week where you are the priority.

This is just the start of a huge shift in how you feel about yourself. No one ever needs motivation to do things they enjoy, and you might not enjoy the gym because you haven't found "your thing" yet. Let us help.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it women only?

Yes, it is. We do have some male coaches, but they're specialists in working with women just like you.

Do you have shower and changing facilities?

Yes

Do you offer support with nutrition?

Yes- We don't do meal plans as such, because we really don't think they work long-term, but we give you everything you need to make nutrition work for you. No matter the goal, we've got you covered.

I've got a few injuries, is this suitable for me?

Yes. The beauty about working with us is that you're always under instruction, We can adapt any of our movements where necessary but we also feel with a good personal trainer any niggles or imbalances can often be made better over time. We always want you to feel better leaving than you did when you arrived.

 

I've never done any exercise, is this program suitable for me?

Yes, 100%. Even if you've not got any exercise experience we can help you. In fact, it's not always a bad thing. We can ensure your first experience of a gym is a good one, which may be hugely important for your long-term journey. We'd appreciate the opportunity to show you how it's done.
